1. The service
PhotoRestorationFree restores old and damaged photos with AI: damage repair, face enhancement, upscaling and optional colorization. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Your photos and rights
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the results. We claim no ownership, and we don't store your photos.
- You must have the right to use the photos you upload. Old photos are often still under copyright (usually the photographer's or their estate's); restoring a photo doesn't transfer those rights.
- Don't upload illegal content, content that sexualises minors, or photos of people you intend to deceive or harass.
3. AI output
Restoration is automated. Repaired and colorized areas, especially missing parts that the AI rebuilds, are a best guess and may not match the original scene. Don't rely on restored or colorized photos as historical, legal or medical evidence. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
4. HD purchases
- One HD Photo is a one-time payment that adds one HD photo credit to your licence. It doesn't renew. A restored preview can be unlocked for 24 hours after it is made.
- Unlimited Monthly renews every month until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month. It includes up to 100 HD photos and 300 restores a month (fair use).
- Refunds: if an HD photo failed or didn't match its preview, contact us within 14 days with your licence key. See Pricing.
5. Limits and abuse
Free restores are limited per device and per network each day. We may rate-limit or block automated or abusive use, including scraping or reselling the service.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Always keep your original photos and scans.
7. Changes and contact
